When California Highway Patrol tried pulling the suspect over, the driver sped off, leading authorities on a pursuit.The vehicle was seen speeding through red lights before parking momentarily at a Ralph's grocery store parking lot before speeding off again.A spike strip was thrown onto the vehicle's path on the 101 Freeway, puncturing the suspect’s tires. Fremont man arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting teen PACIFICA – A 38-year-old Fremont man has been arrested on suspicion of repeatedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl, police said.Detectives with the Pacifica Police Department opened an investigation in October and determined that the suspect had sexually assaulted the victim multiple times over a period of several years in Pacifica and Alameda County, police said in a news release.The suspect, identified as Wilfredo Jaun Colins, was a “known family friend in a position of trust,” police said.
