(KRON) -- A San Francisco restaurant owner has once again been hit by burglars. This incident marks the second time in two weeks Andy Yang's small businesses have been burglarized after his restaurant, Kung Food near Alamo Square was hit on July 30. Aceking BBQ located on Clement Street in the Richmond District was broken into early Saturday morning. More than $2,000 in cash was stolen with an estimated $3,000 in damages. DETROIT (AP) — Ford-Apple ExecutiveFord has hired away a key Apple executive to run a new business unit that will sell software-related subscription services to vehicle owners.The Dearborn, Michigan, automaker said Monday it hired Peter Stern, who was Apple’s vice president of services. He’ll run Ford Integrated Services, a unit that will combine software and hardware into services.At Apple, Stern oversaw Apple TV plus, iCloud storage, Apple Books, the arcade and fitness operations and other businesses, Ford said in a statement Monday. Stern started Monday and reports directly to CEO Jim Farley. The Greater Washington Council of Governments has launched a three-week Turn Off Your Engine campaign to educate truck and bus drivers about the benefits, both environmental and financial, from reducing idling their parked vehicles’ engines.D.C., Maryland and Virginia all have stiff penalties for commercial drivers caught with their engines idling. In the District, it is a $1,000 fine for idling more than three minutes. In Maryland, the fine is $500 for idling more than five minutes. In Virginia, the fine is up to $25,000 for a driver who runs their parked vehicle’s engine for more than 10 minutes.In D.C. and Virginia, private vehicles are exempt. BOSTON (AP) — David Krejci has decided to retire, an expected development that leaves the Boston Bruins without their top two centers after setting records for the most wins and points in a season.Krejci announced his retirement in a statement Monday, thanking team president Cam Neely and general manager Don Sweeney for allowing time to make the decision. MONROE COUNTY, Fla. (WSVN) – A road rage incident early Saturday morning has left a Miami couple facing charges, with a woman charged with attempted murder and her husband charged with battery.
