One person hospitalized after crash involving car and motorcycle in Revere

A crash involving a car and a motorcycle sent one person to an area hospital Thursday night, officials said. Revere police said the crash happened at the intersection of North Shore Road and Agawam Street. Both drivers stayed at the scene.A large police presence could be seen in the area after the crash. AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — An American Airlines worker died Thursday after being injured at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, according to airport officials.The worker was injured in the area where planes pull up to the terminal, a spokesperson at the airport in Austin, Texas, said.Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services said it was called shortly after 2 p.m. and found a person dead from “traumatic injuries.”An Austin Police spokeswoman told reporters that the man was driving a service vehicle that struck a jet bridge. She said police were investigating the incident as an accident. “We are devastated by the accident involving a team member at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport,” an American Airlines spokeswoman said. “Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and our local team members.”American declined to comment further. He’s on a mission that’s brought him to the hometown of a friend he hasn’t seen for a long time.Perry is attending the International Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia Foundation (IWMF) conference at the Ballpark Hilton in downtown St. Louis this weekend. IWMF is an organization for patients with a very rare form of cancer called Waldstom macroglobulinemia.The organization is holding a forum this weekend.
