HOBART, Ind. -- A pregnant woman who drowned to death in a lake in Hobart Sunday afternoon has been identified, police said. The woman was identified as 30-year-old Ladakh Farley who was seven and a half months pregnant with a male, the lake County coroner's office said.An autopsy report stated the manner of death as an accidentally drowning.According to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, police were dispatched to the beach area near the 5200 block of Liverpool Road per a report of two swimmers struggling in the water. Body pulled from Chicago River near Salt Shed identified as missing man Noah Enos Reports said a man was rescued from the water and another victim, a woman, did not resurface the water. Around 3:03 p.m., a law enforcement diver located and recovered the woman who was pronounced dead on the scene. AUSTIN (KXAN) — CapMetro is installing more than 100 new transit shade shelters across its ridership network to help customers beat the scorching heat.Austin's transit authority partnered with Tolar Manufacturing on 149 new shelters slated to be installed in CapMetro's service area. MOREAU, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Moreau man has been arrested following a robbery investigation, according to state police. Quintin Mclean, 25, was charged with third-degree robbery and false personation. On June 16 at 12:04 p.m., troopers responded to the Dunkin Donuts on State Route 9 in Moreau for the report of a robbery in progress. The suspect had fled the location before law enforcement arrived. According to police, the investigation determined that Mclean was responsible for the robbery, and he was located at a nearby hotel. No one was injured during the crime, and no weapons were ever displayed. SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Ballston man has been arrested after he allegedly damaged over a dozen parked cars at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC). Two minors are dead after being struck by a vehicle in traffic on the eastbound SR-78 in San Diego County Sunday night, officials said. Fire officials were first alerted about the incident at 6:12 p.m., after receiving a call that the two had been hit on the highway.According to Vista Fire Department Deputy Chief Brett Davidson, the minors, ages 10 and 16, got out of the vehicle after the driver, their mom, had pulled onto the shoulder of the highway.The two were struck by a vehicle in oncoming traffic and were later pronounced dead on the scene by authorities.According to VFD, the exact number of people in the car that had pulled over is not known at this time.Details about what led up to the collision remain under investigation by California Highway Patrol.
