LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- On August 31, State Police arrested a 36-year-old from Stratford, Connecticut, following a traffic stop on State Route 9. Police determined that Andrew W. Further investigations revealed that Tustian had controlled substances in his vehicle including LSD. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and other vehicle and traffic law violations.Tustian recorded a 0.18% BAC. LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Warren County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 37-year-old woman from Glens Falls following an investigation into crack cocaine and methamphetamine sales. Chasity Nasworthy was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree. A track coach at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, California faces charges including human trafficking, pandering and pimping, prosecutors announced Tuesday.Kyle Lee Whitmore, 39, of Crockett, is currently being held without bail at the MartinezDetention Facility, KTLA sister station KRON is reporting.Whitmore is accused of trafficking two women, Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2, for prostitution.
