CHICAGO — Chicago police are asking for help finding the hit-and-run driver who hit a woman last month in Logan Square.According to the Chicago Police Department, the 21-year-old woman was hit by the driver around 10:17 p.m. on June 13 at Milwaukee Avenue and Kedzie Avenue. GEORGETOWN, Texas (KXAN) — A plane with three people on board crashed through the roof of a house Sunday in Georgetown.The Georgetown Fire Department said the plane crash occurred just before noon in the 500 block of North Wood Drive, which is near the Georgetown Executive Airport. CLAYTON, Mo. – Police are investigating a reported disturbance Saturday at a private party at the Shaw Park Aquatic Center in Clayton.According to Cpl. Jenny Schwartz, a spokeswoman for the Clayton Police Department, pool staff contacted authorities around 8:30 p.m. to report the disturbance and request assistance in dispersing those in attendance.Officers arrived to find a large crowd inside the aquatic center and a line of people awaiting entry to the event. A 31-year-old man driving a motorcycle died in a crash early Sunday morning in Brighton, according to Brighton police.The initial investigation showed that the motorcycle driver was heading eastbound on Bridge Street at about midnight and appeared to be speeding. He crashed into the passenger side of a pickup truck that was driving westbound on Bridge Street and taking a left turn onto southbound 50th Avenue, spokesperson Kylynn McTague said.Police found the motorcyclist dead at the scene.The truck driver, a 35-year-old man, was suspected to be under the influence, McTague said. He was not injured, but he was arrested on several charges and taken to Adams County jail.The crash resulted in a full road closure of Bridge Street at 50th Avenue during the investigation. Two Redwood City men face multiple felony charges after a fight at a nightclub in Menlo Park early Sunday.San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office deputies first responded to reports of a fight at Club San Luis on Middlefield Road at 2:40 a.m. Sunday. Witnesses told police that two men who were ejected from the club had returned later that night bearing a rifle.Using a vehicle description and license plate number provided by witnesses, deputies were able to locate the suspects’ vehicle nearby. Police have arrested a man accused of killing his 65-year-old mother in Tracy.Carla Carroll was found dead in her home on Thicket Court on Friday night with at least one gunshot wound, according to Sgt. Michael Richards, a public information officer at the Tracy Police Department. By the following morning, detectives had booked her 26-year-old son, Spencer Carroll, also from Tracy, into the San Joaquin County Jail.Though the investigation into Carroll’s death is ongoing, Richards said there were no other suspects aside from Spencer Carroll.
