(KRON) -- Police are asking for the public's help finding a missing boy, the Oakland Police Department announced on social media. Isaiah Foster, 9, was last seen Friday on the 1000 block of East 28th Street.Isaiah is described as a Black male who is 5-foot-1 and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. OPD says Isaiah is considered to be at risk due to his age. A Dartmouth father is frustrated and seeking answers after he said his five-year-old daughter was left alone on a school bus for several hours. Christopher Matton said the incident left his daughter terrified. Now, he said he wants other parents to be aware. “She woke up and she was screaming for the bus driver by name,” Matton said.Matton said his daughter woke up alone on the bus Thursday morning after falling asleep during her ride to Kiddie Kampus Childhood Development and Preschool. He said she was strapped into her seatbelt and could not get out. Indeed, at UMass Worcester Medical Center, doctors say they’re seeing an uptick in cases of RSV. “We’re seeing a spike in older children — school age and in the teenage years — who have bacterial pneumonia,” said Dr. Timothy Gibson, specializing in pediatrics at UMass Memorial health.RSV can be a major health concern not just for young children and teens, but people over the age of 65, as well. An investigation got underway in Hyde Park Friday after several cars were broken into on a local street. According to a Boston police report, authorities received calls from people along Maple Street near 8 a.m. after residents found their car windows had been smashed. Police said the break-ins happened in front of homes and in a church parking lot used by a senior housing building. In all, police said investigators found eight cars had been broken into. 7NEWS spotted broken glass on the ground and tape and plastic in place of car windows along Maple Street Friday evening. While windows were smashed, police said this incident appeared to be more of a smash than a smash-and-grab, with a Coach wallet listed as the only item reported stolen. The wallet did not have any cash but did have a credit card and a driver’s license inside.
