Chipotle, Taco Bell, and Moe's are offering free or discounted food to mark the occasion, generally through their respective apps. ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A deadly crash has led to traffic backups Thursday morning on Interstate 70 near Jennings. Crews are working to clear the scene of the crash, which has traffic stalled in eastbound direction. The crash happened near Jennings Station Road before 10:30 a.m. MoDOT reports all eastbound lanes are blocked near Jennings Station Road. Drivers are backed up several miles, some almost all the way to Lambert Airport. Traffic is also slowed down in the westbound lanes amid the response. (KRON) -- The suspect in an armed home invasion in San Jose last month has been arrested and connected to several other violent crimes, according to the San Jose Police Department. Rafael Morataya, 33, of San Jose, was arrested on March 31 when officers responded to an armed home invasion at 9:30 a.m. in the 40 block of Muller Place. Video: San Francisco street turns into ‘Wild West’ at 2 a.m. The victim provided officers with a description of the suspect, who police said was believed to be armed with a firearm. Officers flooded the area and the suspect was located. He was taken into custody without incident and was found to be in possession of a tool that resembled a firearm.Detectives with the SJPD Robbery Unit conducted a comprehensive investigation and were able to associate Morataya with several other violent crimes that occurred between March 18 and March 31 throughout the City of San Jose, police said. SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Light rain is expected to begin falling around the Bay Area late in the day on Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. The rain is the result of a weak frontal boundary. Photos show how storms dramatically filled California reservoirs Rain is expected to spread southward on Friday as the boundary moves through the Bay Area and dissipates over the Central Coast.
