ATHENS, Greece (AP) — Greece’s conservative New Democracy party leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis vowed to speed up reforms following his landslide victory Sunday in the country’s second election in five weeks that granted him a comfortable parliamentary majority to form a government for a second four-year term.Jubilant supporters gathered outside party headquarters in Athens, cheering, clapping, setting off fireworks and waving blue and white party flags. Michelle Lujan Grisham says her administration has set up a new telephone hotline for women seeking access to abortion clinics plus transportation and other assistance.The hotline is already live but is still being built out, according to Lujan Grisham. LONDON (AP) — Sarah, the Duchess of York, underwent surgery after being diagnosed with breast cancer, according to a spokesperson.The 63-year-old was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer following a routine mammogram. The surgery was a success and Sarah’s prognosis is good, the duchess’s spokesperson said. EL PASO, Texas (AP) — A Kentucky woman has been accused of fatally shooting her West Texas Uber driver after mistakenly believing she was being kidnapped and taken to Mexico, according to police.Phoebe Copas remained jailed Sunday in El Paso, Texas, after being charged with murder last week in the death of 52-year-old Daniel Piedra Garcia.Court and jail records did not list an attorney who could speak for Copas, 48.The shooting took place on June 16 as Piedra was driving Copas to a location in far southeast El Paso. LAPORTE COUNTY, Ind. — Three people are dead after a driver hit a disabled car on the shoulder Saturday morning near Michigan City, according to Indiana State Police.The crash was reported around 8:35 a.m. about two miles east of Michigan City on Interstate 94. Person shot on Interstate 80 in Northwest Indiana Sgt. Glenn Fifield said a car was disabled and was on the shoulder with its hazards on when a driver struck the car while driving fast.The car stopped on the shoulder was pushed into the center travel lane and caught on fire, Fifield said.The driver of the car, a 39-year-old, of Apex, North Carolina, was able to get the driver's door open and escape, Field said. (AP) — Authorities on Sunday were testing the water quality along a stretch of the Yellowstone River where mangled cars carrying hazardous materials remained after crashing into the waterway following a bridge collapse.Seven train cars carrying hot asphalt and molten sulfur fell into the rushing river Saturday morning near the town of Columbus, about 40 miles (about 64 kilometers) west of Billings.
