(KRON) -- The Oakland Police Department announced Monday that a 63-year-old man who had been reported missing was located. DENVER (KDVR) -- Following a train derailment that occurred on Sunday afternoon, I-25 is still closed in both directions just north of Pueblo on Monday morning. The BNSF Railway train derailed on a bridge over I-25 near mile markers 106 and 107 around 3:25 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 15. Colorado State Patrol said both directions of I-25 would be closed due to a 12-train car crash and coal on the road for an extended period of time.As of Monday, Oct. 16, both sides are still closed. Train derails on I-25 near Pueblo, interstate closed If you're heading southbound, FOX31's Drew Engelbart recommends taking Exit 110 onto a country road parallel to I-25. It's a dirt road which will add about 15-30 minutes to the commute.Northbound will take 30 minutes to an hour longer than your normal commute. Colorado (KCNC) — A Colorado police chase that started in Thornton and ended in a police shooting in Castle Rock also led to a missing dog being reunited with its owner. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that a stolen dog was in the car for the entire chase across the Denver metro area and standoff that followed.Authorities said the suspect, identified as Kyle Williamson, was shot by deputies after a lengthy chase where he allegedly fired at police and sideswiped multiple cars. He is expected to survive.The deputies didn’t notice the dog in the moment, but they did spot him later when watching back bodycam footage. MIAMI (AP) — A South Florida executive whose family business once owned Playgirl magazine has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit securities fraud for misleading investors in another of his companies — one that made high-interest loans to small businesses.Carl R. Ruderman, 82, was chairman and chief executive officer of 1 Global Capital LLC, a commercial lending company that filed for bankruptcy in July 2018. Federal authorities said he took part in a $250 million scheme that affected more than 3,400 investors in 42 states.Ruderman pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court in Miami. Broward Sheriff’s Office homicide detectives are asking for help from the public for information regarding the shooting death of a 23-year-old Hollywood woman. Emily Martinez was killed on July 8, near the 5500 block of Southwest 18th Street in West Park.Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue units responded to the scene of the shooting at around 10 p.m. There, they discovered Emily Martinez with a gunshot wound. (WSVN) — In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Commissioner Kevin Marino Cabrera and La Liga Contra el Cancer are teaming up to provide free mammogram screenings to District 6 residents. In order to redeem a free screening, residents must obtain a complimentary certificate at Commissioner Cabrera’s District office located in suite 201 at 1000 SW 57th Ave., from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday. “We are committed to ensuring the well-being of residents.
