(AP) — Federal officials on Saturday ordered the immediate grounding of some Boeing 737 Max 9 jetliners until they are inspected after an Alaska Airlines plane suffered a blowout that left a gaping hole in the side of the fuselage.The required inspections take around four to eight hours per aircraft and affect about 171 airplanes worldwide.Alaska Airlines in a statement said that of the 65 737 Max 9 aircraft in its fleet, crews had inspected the paneled-over exits as part of recent maintenance work on 18 planes, and those were cleared to return to service Saturday. At least one person was taken to the hospital, as police investigate a possible shooting in Northwest Miami-Dade.Miami-Dade Police and Fire Rescue units responded to the scene of the incident in the area of Northwest 67th Street and 26th Avenue after 911 calls went out at around 1 a.m., Saturday.“It’s going to be two people possibly shot,” a dispatcher said in radio transmissions.When first responders arrived, they had to cut through plywood that was boarding up what looked to be a units at an abandoned apartment complex.Cameras captured paramedics bringing one person out of the second-story unit on a stretcher and putting them inside an ambulance.It remains unclear whether this patient was shot or is suffering from a different kind of injury.Police have not confirmed whether not a second victim was also taken to the hospital. State police located a missing elderly woman in Burlington Thursday evening using infrared equipment from one of their helicopters.State police said the crew of “Air 5” received a notice of a missing woman living with dementia who reported to possibly be driving a red Toyota.“Air 5 began searching the area and quickly located a vehicle stopped in the breakdown lane of Route 3 southbound in Burlington. Using the helicopter’s FLIR (Forward Looking InfraRed) and color cameras, the crew — Sgt. Kristopher Malm and Troopers Kenneth Dinjian and Brendan Crowther — confirmed the vehicle was a red Toyota and directed patrols the State Police-Concord Barracks and Burlington Fire and EMS to the location.”Another state police trooper confirmed the missing woman was stopped in the vehicle. (AP) — The number of children who died as a result of a fire in their St. Paul home has risen to three, family members said Saturday.At a news conference, Pa Cheng Vang, the children’s father, said he was grateful for the community’s support since the fire broke out early Wednesday.
