San Jose police arrest pair on suspicion of trafficking thousands of Adderall and fentanyl pills SAN JOSE — Police said they arrested a pair of San Jose residents and seized a large amount of drugs, including Adderall, fenatnyl, cocaine and methamphetamine, after a long investigation.San Jose police said in a news release Monday that they had arrested a 24-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman on July 14 on suspicion of drug trafficking and illegal weapon possession.Authorities did not offer many details on the operation, including how it began, how the suspects came under suspicion, or whether there were more targets.Police said they had served a search warrant around 10:30 p.m. on July 14 at a home on the 3000 block of Rubino Drive,  in a South San Jose neighborhood near Communications Hill. Omar Box, 24, and Laneyia Santos, 19, both of San Jose, were arrested on July 14 at around 10:30 p.m. following a long-term drug and weapons trafficking investigation.SJPD Midnight Patrol officers conducted an in-depth investigation in response to an observed increase in narcotics and fentanyl activity in their respective beats, police said.
