LAKE WORTH BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) — A brazen thief targeted a home in Lake Worth Beach on June 28, making off with 69 birds valued at over $10,000. The entire incident was captured on the homeowner’s security camera. The suspect, initially caught on camera at 8:35 am, was described as wearing a hat, a blue sweatshirt, jeans, and a large fixed blade knife on his right hip. Despite his disguise, the footage provided crucial evidence that led to his identification.According to police, the suspect returned to the scene around 9:35 am, this time donning a camo jacket. It remains unclear whether he had any intention of stealing more birds or if he had other motives for revisiting the premises.Investigators said the suspect dumped evidence in trash cans, which led them right to Damian Ramallo, who is now being charged with grand theft and was held on a $3,000 bond.Courtesy Palm Beach County Sheriff’s OfficeOrioles infielder Gunnar Henderson, closer Félix Bautista named American League Rookie, Reliever of the Month

The Celtics added some depth to their backcourt on Monday, signing young guard Dalano Banton to a two-year deal, according to a report from The Athletic’s Shams Charania.Banton is 23 years old and just finished his second season with the Raptors, where he only played in 31 games and logged nine minutes per game before he was not extended a qualifying offer, which made him an unrestricted free agent. The second year of his deal will be a team option, according to the Globe.Banton does not project to play significant minutes as it stands in the Celtics backcourt, where Derrick White, Malcolm Brogdon and Payton Pritchard are slated to take up much of the time. Still, Banton is an intriguing depth option as he continues to develop. The Nebraska product has unique size for a guard at 6-foot-9, 204 pounds, and can give the Celtics some flexibility and defensive versatility. He’s not a strong 3-point shooter – with just a 27.5 percent mark over two seasons – but has solid slashing ability ...Mets acquire RHP Trevor Gott from Mariners in exchange for LHP Zach Muckenhirn
